• Easy to control

  In the past Mario games, Mario has average power, speed and jump, relative to other playable characters.

• No advantage

  Since Mario doesn't have a certain characteristic, other characters which have unique characteristics may work well in specific situations.

• Fireball

  Mario can create and throw a fireball by obtaining a Fire Flower, one of power-up items.

• Ground Pound

  Also known as Hip Drop. This is a kind of moves and is used to beat enemies or activate a gimmick.
